Secure Ordering
Shipping information:
Most orders are shipped within two business days. Large orders (a dozen pieces or more) take a little longer, I'm happy to give you a ship date if I know your order is coming.
Birthdays, Christmas, and other special deadlines. I am busiest during the Holidays, so if you are buying a Christmas gift for someone please try to order by December 17 or 18. I am happy to fill last minute orders but there might be additional shipping charges if you need a faster shipping method. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know. I can probably accommodate you and will give you a firm answer once I know what you need and when.
Free shipping. I offer free shipping in the US for orders over $150, and I ship by US Priority Mail. If you require shipping by another method just tell me and I will let you know the cost.
Reasonable shipping rates. $7 for orders under $50, $12 for orders from $50.01 to $100, and $16 for orders up to $149.99. Rates include insurance and delivery confirmation, and usually arrive in three to four days.
International orders. I have shipped all over the world, with hundreds of orders going to Canada, Japan, and throughout Europe. I've even mailed to Zimbabwe, Malta, and Peru. I am happy to ship to your country, please contact me for international shipping rates.
Four different ways to order:
There are four different ways you can place an order: through the secure on-line order form, by phone, regular mail, and e-mail. You can also come see me when I exhibit my work.
Secure on-line ordering
Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the button that says "I want one" next to each item you want. This will take you to a secure page where you can change the quantity or delete the item and then return to shopping or check out. To add more pieces just click "continue shopping" at the bottom of the page, which sends you back to my home page. Select your next item and repeat until you've got all the goodies you want. You can add or delete items, or change quantities up until you click "submit" from the final page, the one where you put in your credit card information. You'll know it went through okay when you get a page that says "Thank you for your order."
Ordering by phone
Give me a call. I'm usually here during the week from 9 am to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. I do go to shows, go hiking or kayaking, and do other things that take me away from the phone, so these hours are not set in stone. Due to a flood of telemarketing calls I no longer post my phone number on my site, but you can email your number and I will call you back. I return calls and emails very quickly so have no fear, I will get right back to you.
Ordering by mail
Good ol' fashioned mail order. Just write down your contact information and what you want and
mail it in with payment. You can send a check or money order, or provide your Visa or Mastercard details. Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.
Ordering by e-mail
Again, just write all your info down and
e-mail it to me. I do not advise sending credit card information by e-mail since it is not secure. Some people like to give me a heads-up that a check is coming by regular mail and what they are ordering. I can make the items and have them ready to go by the time payment arrives. This is a good idea if you need you pieces by a particular date or have a large order.
