If you've read my Privacy Policy, you know that I am dedicated to keeping your personal information safe. I am equally devoted to my fantastic, money-back guarantee. This is just good business practice. My guarantee has not changed for thirteen years and it is very simple:
If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back.
That's right. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, just send it back within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the cost of the item (but not the cost of shipping). Custom orders and special commissions are nonrefundable. No "restocking fee" nonsense, no list of "acceptable reasons" why you can send it back. If you (or the receipient if it's a gift) are not happy with anything you get from me, just return it. It's as simple as that.
Most stores and web sites have restocking fees or limiting conditions that must be met before you can return something. Not me! A buyer-friendly return policy gives people the confidence to order when they otherwise might not.
If you have seen me at a
show or ordered before you know what my work is like. But if you are reading this you are probably a first time buyer, so you are making your selections based on my photos and descriptions. I have tried to be as detailed as possible, but even the best photos and lengthiest descriptions can't match actually holding an item in your hands. For this reason it is vital that you be confident ordering from me, knowing that you can send anything back if you don't like it.
